some coworkers came by and i whupped out my best spam for them. i used the leftovers the next day and put in this egg steam. it was ok, spam is too greasy for geuran jjim though. so guys mix 2 eggs with quarter cup of water, some chili flakes, and about teaspoon of salt and put it in a bowl. put the bowl in a pot of water and let the steam cook this for about 10 minutes.
