i had a pretty nerdy dream the other night.  i was trying to explain to someone that if there are fewer doctors in your insurance network, then the average cost for the subscriber would go up. then i woke up and realized i think i miss learning about sht. my mind is a wasteland right now and i need to be productive. so then i made this blog. im dusting off my old secret plans for world domination – time to start working on that todo list.

ramen house on makati ave near burgos. walked around. saw lots of girls in skirts with foreigners. 

Ramen House on Makati Ave.  The food is pretty good.  P. Burgos is just around the corner.

my photographer musta been drunk. got some seafood ramen. gyoza. veggie tempura. california roll. and some sizzling plate of teriyaki beef. and couple of san migs. this place has pretty good japanese food for philippines. also they put mango in their cali wang mando from kimbap heaven on escriva road. i like how their jjim bbang has colored pieces in it. very cute and delicious.

Wang Mandoo from Kimbap Chunguk on Escriva Road.  I think it means Kimbap heaven.   What a cool way to make jjim (steam) mandoo.  The omerice was wack tho.

 omerice. the omerice wasn't that great. too much sesame oil or something. a good omerice will taste like ketchup. 

The Bialetti Mukka Pot.  Makes espresso.  All I need now is an Aero Latte or something to make foam milk with.  Still looking around.  Maybe I’ll buy online.

got a new mukka pot that makes espresso but i use it to make coffee. its all weird inside. similar function as an espresso machine. boiling water shoots through the coffee grounds.
